MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS.

Clients subscribed to either a Gold, Silver or Bronze Plan are entitled to a full comprehensive audio editing service. Should clients decide to terminate their subscription, they are to inform Mic Up, a month in advance, via email at laraba@mic-up.uk. Furthermore, they are to contact their bank and cancel any direct debit set up, for the subscription. If the direct debit has not been terminated in time, we may not be able to provide a refund.

Should clients decide to terminate their subscription, before or at the end of the 15-day free trial, they must notify Mic Up by sending an email to laraba@mic-up.uk. Furthermore, as a result, any content, edited and / or broadcasted, would belong to Mic Up* and the client would therefore forfeit ownership of any such content and therefore, such content will not be released and will only be used to promote Mic Up's services.

In the event of either a missed monthly payment, or an issue with a transaction, we will pause production and will notify you, via email.
REFUNDS.
Mic Up also offers a 3 day interactive workshop and if necessary, a refund (for those who have paid the full amount of $300), could be made, at the discretion of Mic Up, (less 25% administrative charge), under the following circumstances:

Inability to book a place, due to our course being fully booked.

If Mic Up is unable to provide a slot.

In the unfortunate event of a family emergency, bereavement or illness. - Proof of such must be provided in an email, sent to laraba@mic-up.uk
You must email us (at laraba@mic-up.uk) and provide proof of purchase before we can issue a refund.
NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

Upon commencement and attendance of the workshop.

If we have no notification of your inability to attend, by the allocated commencement date and time.

Subscribing to a Gold, Silver or Bronze Plan.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE.

Clients who have subscribed to either a Gold, Silver or Bronze plan, are entitled to regulated access to Mic Up's client network of over 500+ businesses and individuals.

Mic Up*, however, as an entity, is compliant with data laws and will need written confirmation from members of its network or from any other individual that they are happy to exchange personal information, such as their phone number or email, with relevant parties. Once written or oral confirmation has been provided, Mic Up* can provide the requested information to the relevant parties.

Mic Up* do not hold themselves legally responsible for any negative outcome, which may occur or develop, in any working relationship between participants of Mic Up's workshop and/or members of its client network and/or organisations associated with it.

Mic Up* do not hold themselves legally responsible for any negative outcome, which may occur or develop, in any working relationship between those who have paid for services provided by Mic Up* and people who have agreed to provide their contact details to the aforementioned individuals who have paid for Mic Up's services.
